Buy a licence

Office Remote Desk licence keys are issued by us directly. Tell us what you need and we send a key by email, usually the same day.

How it works

  1. You tell us how many computers you need to cover.
  2. We send an invoice, then your licence key.
  3. Open Office Remote Desk → Settings → Plan, paste the key, press Activate.
  4. That computer is licensed immediately — no restart.

What a licence covers

A key activates on a set number of computers, chosen when the key is issued. Sessions are unlimited in length and number on a licensed machine. Moving a key to a new computer is free — ask us to release the old one.

Without a licence

Every workspace gets 7 days of everything, free — no card, no payment details. When the trial ends nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out: your chat, files, projects and tracked hours all stay exactly as they are. The limits simply tighten until a licence is activated. Remote access on its own, without signing in to a workspace, keeps its own 30-day device trial.
