The trial runs for 7 days from the day you create your workspace. When it ends nothing is deleted — limits simply tighten until you activate a licence. Keys are issued by us directly (how to buy) and pasted once into Settings → Plan. Activation is immediate: no reinstall, no restart, and it applies to everyone in the workspace at once.
